An accomplished former Series-3 commodities broker and a dedicated investor, Isaac's passion for business management has been instrumental in FirstEnroll's success and growth. Todd Baxter, President & Chief Executive Officer of FirstEnroll, brings over 23 years of dynamic leadership experience at various senior executive levels. He has a proven track record of driving transformative success for well-known brands, overseeing global organizations of over 15,000 employees. Todd's strategic vision has been instrumental in his C-Suite positions across four Private Equity-backed enterprises. With a robust 15-year tenure in senior executive roles—including CEO, CSO, COO, and Business Unit President—he has consistently excelled in the highly regulated sectors of Healthcare, HR Services/Technology, and Financial Services. Todd is adept at steering these industries through transformative, consumer-centric shifts. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA with a specialization in Technology Management.

She has held C-Suite positions in two PE-backed organizations and boasts over 15 years of executive experience in crafting and implementing people solutions aligned with key business priorities.

She is renowned for her balanced approach to strategic priorities and operational excellence, focusing on people, processes, technology, and continuous improvement. Throughout her career, Kathryn has successfully managed several M&A integrations, offshoring initiatives, and the reintegration of outsourced activities for companies in telecommunications, technology, healthcare, and financial services. She holds a BBA in Strategic Management.

Mark Herman, Chief Financial Officer of FirstEnroll, is a visionary and entrepreneurial financial executive with over 20 years of strategic leadership as a CFO. Mark has a wealth of experience scaling high-growth PE-backed SaaS companies by crafting and executing both organic and inorganic growth strategies, enhancing revenue and EBITDA while maximizing investor returns. A certified CPA, Mark collaborates closely with the CEO and management team to spearhead strategic planning and drive both short and long-term business initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has successfully raised over $1 billion through debt, equity, and IPO fundraising, led numerous M&A transactions, and orchestrated several successful IPOs and exits. Mark is dedicated to establishing processes and procedures that foster a decision-centric culture aimed at accelerating growth. He holds BBA degrees in both Finance and Accounting.

Before moving to the administration side, he owned multiple insurance agencies for over 10 years, using that experience to help FirstEnroll provide unrivaled support and services to agency partners nationwide.
